C-TPAT

It is a voluntary government-business initiative to build cooperative relationships that strengthen and overall international supply chain and USA border security, C-TPAT recognizes that USA Customs and Border Protection (CBP) can provide the highest level of cargo security only through close cooperation with the ultimate owners of the international supply chain such as importers, carriers, licensed customs brokers, and manufacturers.

PIP (Partners in Protection)

PIP is designed to enlist the co-operation of private industry in efforts to enhance border security, combat organized crime and terrorism, increase awareness of customs issues, and help detect and prevent contraband smuggling.

FAST (Fast and Secure Trade)

FAST Card is a joint initiative between the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and US Customs and Border Protection that enhances border and trade chain security while making cross-border commercial shipments simpler and subject to fewer delays. It is a voluntary program that enables the CBSA to work closely with the private sector to enhance border security, combat organized crime and terrorism, and prevent contraband smuggling.

Fast Express

The Free and Secure Trade (FAST) program is a Border Accord Initiative between the United States, Mexico, and Canada designed to ensure security and safety while enhancing the economic prosperity of each country. In developing this program, Mexico, Canada and the United States have agreed to coordinate, to the maximum extent possible, their commercial processes for clearance of commercial shipments at the border. This will promote free and secure trade by using common risk-management principles, supply chain security, industry partnership, and advanced technology to improve the efficiency of screening and clearing commercial traffic at shared borders.

FleetSmart is a Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) program. It helps commercial and institutional vehicle fleets lower their fuel consumption and improve their environmental performance. FleetSmart is designed for professional drivers, owner-operators, driving instructors and fleet managers.
